This paper presents the Preclinical Information Center (PRINCE), a cloud-hosted platform developed by Bayer AG with Thoughtworks to address pharmaceutical industry challenges in drug development. PRINCE leverages Agentic Retrieval-Augmented Generation and Text-to-SQL to integrate decades of safety study reports.
