Stop Killing Games fails to secure EU law despite 1.3M signatures

The European Commission has rejected the "Stop Killing Games" initiative, which sought to require game publishers to keep discontinued games playable, but will instead initiate discussions with the industry and consumers to draft a code of conduct.
